MODULE 2 PALETTE TO PAPER
This Module consists of four Skill Block Lessons. “Mixing Paint” takes an in depth look at mixing paint and the three dimensions of color, Hue, Value, and Chroma. “Understanding Moisture Content” introduces you to the importance of manging moisture. “Getting the most out of your brush” explores a variety of ways to use your brush. “Wash Basics” focuses on working with flat, gradated, and variegated washes.

MODULE 3 MASTERING MOISTURE CONTENT
This Module contains a series of lessons where you will explore MASTERING MOISTURE CONTENT. The behavior of paint is impacted by the moisture in your paper. These lessons break moisture content into three levels of moisture. You’ll focus on each individually before putting them all together to Master Moisture Content!

MODULE 5 VALUE CONTRAST
This Module consists of four Skill Block Lessons that focus on Value. The series of lessons begins with “Understanding Value Contrast” and is followed by “Working With Value Studies“. “Creating Depth With Value” focuses on using value dominace to establish depth in your painting. The last lesson puts the use of value to work in a “Limited Palette Painting“.
